Ako Bicol PartyList conducted a Competency Assessment of Trainees in Masbate Central Technical Institute in Masbate City. This assessment is for the trainees of Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II under the Special Training for Employment Program last January 23-24, 2021.

This program is in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and part of Ako Bicol’s program Tabang sa Kabuhayan.
