Proper food preparation and preservation are among the livelihood training sessions being offered by Ako Bicol PartyList in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Its most recent orientation and Training Induction Program (TIP) was conducted at the LGU Palanas Covered Court for Ako Bicol-TESDA beneficiaries from barangays Poblacion, Maravilla and Malibas under the Special Training for Employment Program for processed food by Salting, Curing and Smoking. The activity was led by Ms. Marjorie Ostia and Ms. Madelyn A. Valencia of Masbate Institute of Fisheries and Technology (MIFT).
The training is part of Ako Bicol’s program “Tabang sa Kabuhayan” which aims to help fellow Bicolanos find good paying jobs and livelihood opportunities to help secure thwir future.
