Beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/ Displaced Workers (TUPAD), a joint project of Ako Bicol PartyList and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), receive their allowances in Virac at San Miguel, Catanduanes.

Under TUPAD’s cash-for-work program, 200 beneficiaries will receive P310 per day for the 16-day clean up drive in the municipality.

The fund turnover was led by Ako Bicol Congressman Zaldy Co with DOLE Bicol Regional Director Joel Gonzales, LGU San Miguel Francisco Camano, Jr. and PFO Catanduanes Head Rosemarie Cleofe.
