Ako Bicol Partido-Rinconada Provincial Coordinator Mr. Elias B. Calisura visited various barangays in Camarines Sur to conduct multiple site surveys and turnover of Deed of Donations for Ako Bicol’s Water System Projects. Ako Bicol aims to provide free and accessible water systems to waterless communities specially in far and upland barangays in the entire Bicol Region.
