Ako Bicol Congressman Elizaldy S. Co and Congressman Alfredo A. Garbin Jr met with Secretary Tugade at the Majority Leaders Office where Sec. Tugade assured the Bicolanos of the completion and operation of the Bicol International Airport this year. Other matters discussed were the South Long Haul Project “Train” and other big ticket projects under the Build, Build, Build Program of the Duterte Administration. The completion of such projects will improve mass transportation, strengthen Bicol’s economy and uplift more Bicolano lives.
