Ako Bicol Rinconada-Partido Provincial Coordinator Mr. Elias Calisura visited and surveyed 3 barangays in Tigaon, Camarines Sur to formally turn over the Deed of Donations to Brgy. Coyaoyao, Cabalinadan and Tinawagan in preparation for the implementation of Ako Bicol’s Water System Project.
