Ako Bicol Congressman Elizaldy S. Co and Congressman Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. spearheaded the Inauguation of a Level 1 Water System Project by Ako Bicol in partnership with Sunwest Care Foundation Inc. last January 9, 2020 at Barangay Bagacay, Legazpi City and San Andres Sto. Domingo, Albay. Ako Bicol aims to provide clean and accessible water source to all upland barangays.
