Ako Bicol Congressman Alfredo A.Garbin Jr. attended the 2019 Division Year-End Assesment and Appreciation Ceremony for Implementors of Project W.A.T.C.H. last November 29, 2019 at Pacific Mall Activity Center. Different schools and students from Legazpi talked about the importance of education and how the aspect of honesty and awareness reflects on both students and teachers.
Congressman Garbin believes in the ability of teachers to give their students a good reason to continue their education. Ako Bicol supports measures aimed in improving the quality of education in the entire archipelago.
