In line with Ako Bicol’s aim of providing access to water to all upland barangays in the City of Legazpi, Congressman Elizaldy S. Co and Congressman Alfredo A. Garbin Jr. spearheaded the Blessing and Inauguration of a Level 1 Water System Project in partnership with Sunwest Care Foundation Inc. today, November 15, 2019 at Barangay Mariawa, Legazpi City.
