Ako Bicol Congressman Alfredo A. Garbin Jr. with the support of Congressman Elizaldy S. Co and the Department of Agriculture spearheaded the Distribution of Farm Equipments for the farmers of Ligao Small Water Farmer’s Organization and SWISA Federation of Guinobatan today November 15, 2019 at the Guinobatan Municipal Hall in Guinobatan, Albay.
The move aims to mechanize agricultural processes to increase productivity and profit of small scale farmers as well as lowering the immediate impacts of the Rice Tarrification Law on them.
