Ako Bicol conducted an orientation program for scholars under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) from the Bicol Technological College Incorporated in #Bacacay, Albay and San Fransisco Institute of Technology in #Malilipot, Albay last October 14, 2019. Mr. Rey Kallos, the Ako Bicol Provincial Coordinator for #Albay, spearheaded the orientation of the scholars under the Electrical Installation Maintenance NC2, Dressmaking NC2 and Prepare Cook Hot Meals NC2 courses.
