Ako Bicol’s very own Ms. Rosalieh Constante-Luces (Ako Bicol Party List PAO II) stood as one of the judges in the Bicol Food Festival: Namit Bicolnon Regional Inter-School Competition held at SM City Naga Event Center last September 20, 2019 as part of the BITFEX 2019 expo which was organized by the PBN Broadcasting Inc.
