n our desire to provide our people with access to basic needs, Ako Bicol Party List Congressmen Elizaldy S. Co and Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. spearheaded the blessing and inauguration of our recently-completed water system project in Brgy. Alobo, Daraga that will serve as a reliable source of clean water in the community and will promote sanitation, being an important determinant of public health, as a good measure against the dengue outbreak in the province.
