Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Rep. Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. graced the graduation ceremonies for the National Service Training Program (NSTP) of Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation, Inc. (SLTCFI) on Saturday, March 17.
Rep. Garbin said “Leadership is nothing but service, it is the act of helping people out from turmoil, indecision, and trouble”. “Service is the act of making someone else’s welfare a priority over personal interests”, he added.
