Ako Bicol Reps. Rodel M. Batocabe and Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. personally met the twenty finalists today from various universities and colleges in Bicol Region convened for the press conference and final interview of this year’s Search for the Ten Outstanding Students of Bicol (TOSB).
The panel of judges and members of the media asked their individual questions that tested the finalists’ grasp on social issues and ability to respond with grace under pressure.
