Ako Bicol Party List’s HB 4890: Approved on Committee Level

House Bill 4890, an act establishing a Human Trafficking Prevention Education Program for the youth has been approved on commitee level after rigorous deliberations. A staunch advocate for vulnerable victims, Deputy Minority Leader Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr., along with fellow Ako Bicol Representatives, principally authored the Bill to prevent trafficking in all its forms, including forced labor and sexual exploitation.
