Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Rep. Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. spearheaded the graduation ceremonies of the Special Training for Employment Program for Computer Servicing NC II under the Technical and Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) on Friday, February 2, 2017 at Bicol Training and Technological College, Inc., Bacacay, Albay.
This is yet another milestone for the long-established partnership between Ako Bicol Party List and TESDA that will ensure everyone a chance to secure a better future through livelihood and employment.
