Early this December, AKO Bicol Partylist Reps. Rodel Batocabe and Christopher Co handed out fisherman boats to beneficiaries at Embarcadero de Legazpi with officials from the Department of Agriculture- Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
