Garbin, Jr., together with House Committee on Appropriations Chairperson Karlo Nograles, distributed christmas packages to thousands of families in Legazpi City as part of this year’s series of gift-giving activities aimed to give hope among vulnerable families in anticipation of their celebration of Noche Buena.
