AKO Bicol Reps. Rodel M. Batocabe and Climate Change Committee Chair Christopher S. Co at the 23rd session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 23) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change at Bonn, Germany.
They are part of the Philippine delegation to represent our country in the various summits to address the underlying causes of climate change.
Also in the event are Legazpi City Mayor Noel Rosal and Climate Change Committee VC Boy Blue Abaya.
