The AKO Bicol Partylist, with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BICAST), executed a Memorandum of Agreement to turn over the unservicable motor vehicles from LTO to be used in BICAST’s training and classes.
