Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Representative Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. spearheaded the inauguration of the Multi-Purpose Building of Puro Elementary School on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. The new facility will be used as an alternative venue for learning and other activities, including general assemblies and commencement exercises.
