Ako Bicol Party List Representatives Rodel M. Batocabe and Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. led the Inauguration and Turn-over Ceremonies of the newly-constructed buildings of Bicol University on Friday, September 22, 2017.
The Bicol bloc congressmen, together with Bicol University President Arnulfo Mascariñas, formally commenced the ceremonies of the four new structures, including the BUCENG Gymnasium, Dormitory, Multi-Tech Building, and BR-Food Innovation and Commercialization Center.
