Bicolano PWDs and elderlies received early presents as House Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Representative Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. led the ceremonial turn-over of brand new wheelchairs to chosen beneficiaries from Daet, Camarines Norte on Friday, August 18.
In a message, Rep. Garbin said “Our endeavor reaching out to people with special needs will continue with our unceasing commitment to promote inclusivity among marginalized and vulnerable sectors of the society, giving them equal opportunities and a life free from any form of abuse and discrimination”.
