Reinier Paul Yerba, to express his support in the call to exempt the proposed Multi-Lane Emission Testing Center from the moratorium issued by the agency on the acceptance of applications for new Private Emission Testing Centers.
As a flagship project under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between Land Transportation Office and Embarcadero de Legazpi, the One-Stop-Shop shall offer services like medical, insurance, notary public, and emission testing to more than a hundred thousand clients in Legazpi City as part of our continued effort to improve and modernize public transportation and ensure convenience and efficiency in related services, including registration and licensing.
