Elderlies and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) beam as they were being mounted on their new mobility devices as House Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Representative Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. led the ceremonial turn-over of wheelchairs to chosen beneficiaries from Naga City, Camarines Sur on Friday, August 18, 2017.
“Promoting the welfare of our marginalized and vulnerable sectors, like those of the elderlies and people with special needs, will remain as one of our priorities as it is our mission to continuously create avenues that will empower and motivate them to become productive members of the society- a community with equal access to opportunities and government-initiated social programs.”, Garbin said.
