Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Representative Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. spearheaded the inauguration of the Multi-Purpose Building of Dita Elementary School. The new facility will be used as an alternative venue for learning and other activities, including general assemblies and commencement exercises. Legazpi City Mayor Noel E. Rosal was also present to grace and witness the momentous event.
