Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Rep. Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. congratulated the officials and residents who took part in this year’s Search for the Most Child-Friendly Barangay on Friday, August 18, in Daet, Camarines Norte. He also exhorted them to continue their efforts to promote the rights and welfare of children.
