Deputy Minority Leader and Ako Bicol Party List Representative Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. graced the State of the Division Address, Stakeholders Recognition, School-to-School Partnership, Gulayan sa Paaralan, and Brigada Eskwela Best Implementer Awarding Ceremony on Thursday, July 27, at the Ligao City Gymnasium, Ligao City, Albay.
Cong. Garbin expressed his warmest congratulations to all the members of various academic institutions and other stakeholders who have done their part in the success of different government-initiated programs aimed to raise the quality and standard of education in the country, and in the local
communities, saying that it is only through education that we altogether transform our society into a better one.
