Cong. Rodel Batocabe of AKO Bicol Partylist attends the congressional hearing of the Energy Committee, with the agenda of drafting the Substitute Bill to pending House Bills aiming to ensure the integrity and reliability of the transmission and distribution of electricity, in consonance of promoting public safety. A Substitute Bill aiming to institutionalize the Electric Cooperatives Emergency and Resiliency Fund was also arrived at at the said committee meeting.
