Ako Bicol Party List Representatives Rodel M. Batocabe and Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. joined the Philippine National Police as it honors the dedication and hard work of PRO 5 Regional Director Police Chief Superintendent Melvin Ramon G. Buenafe as he gracefully retires from police service through a Testimonial Dinner hosted by the Regional Office and PNP Chief Ronald M. Dela Rosa, who was also present during the momentous event yesterday at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Camp General Simeon A. Ola, Legazpi City.
Also present were Albay Governor Al Francis C. Bichara and Legazpi City Mayor Noel E. Rosal.
