AKO BICOL Party List Congressmen Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. and Christopher S. Co welcomed the guests from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and House of Representatives, headed by House Majority Leader Rodolfo C. Fariñas, in Legazpi City, on the last leg of the Congressional Western and Eastern Nautical Highways Inspection Trip.
Also present during the event were Legazpi City Mayor Noel E. Rosal, Albay Governor Al Francis C. Bichara, Albay Third District Congressman Fernando V. Gonzales, and Catanduanes Lone District Congressman Cesar V. Sarmiento.
