AKO BICOL Representative Rodel Batocabe joined the House Committee on Public Order and Safety’s Technical Working Group on the proposal to provide stiffer penalties on the illegal and indiscriminate discharge of firearms. The TWG also talked about the rationalization of the policy on firearms.
