AKO BICOL Rep Rodel Batocabe participated in the discussion during the House Committee on Energy meeting for the house resolutions that seek to inquire about the unfortunate circumstances in the Energy Regulatory Commission that led to the suicide of their Director Jose Villa Jr.
He mentioned that the house should conclude the probe and focus on the sensitivity of ERC as an institution.
