In the press conference and final interview of the twenty finalists of Ten Outstanding Students of Bicol (TOSB), Cong. Rodel Batocabe challenged the exemplary youth of Bicol to step up and rise to the call of excelling to their chosen fields. He also urged them to guide the next generation of Bicolanos in the pursuit of excellence and development of the region.
