“This is just the first of many dialogues. We look forward to exchanging more ideas about federalism in the country and how the partylist system could evolve alongside it.” PCFI President and Ako Bicol Representative Rodel Batocabe said. “We hope to come up with a federal system that the partylist groups will be able to fully support.”
