AKO BICOL Party List Rep. Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. received the NMYL Icon Award, given by the National Movement of Young Legislators to its outstanding alumni for their contributions to Youth Development, Public Service and Nation-Building. The awarding ceremony was held on Friday, February 24, during the Fellowship Dinner of the 22nd National Congress at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Pasay City.
