AKO BICOL Representative Rodel Batocabe led the distribution of children’s books in Kiwalo Elementary School. Rep. Batocabe, in partnership with Children International Philippines, Inc. (CIPI), has been able to distribute thousands of books to various elementary and secondary schools in Bicol.
A staunch advocate of free and quality education for all, Rep. Batocabe hoped that the books would help in instilling a love for reading and learning among the students that will equip them with the skills and aptitude required to become successful in life.
