AKO BICOL Party List Rep. Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr., with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ROV, facilitated the closing ceremonies, and turn-over of toolkits to Ako Bicol Scholars in Automotive NC I under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) on Saturday, January 28 in Sorsogon City.
Rep. Garbin personally joined the completion program by giving a message that emphasizes the importance of technical skills in immerging industries that require special skill competencies over academic degrees, thus, providing every Bicolano a choice and a chance to take the step towards a brighter future.
