AKO BICOL: unresolved killings as product of climate of impunity

AKO BICOL Party List Representative and Deputy House Minority Leader Alfredo Garbin, Jr. said the killing of the Korean businessman in the hands of rogue police officers at Camp Crame was a product of the culture of impunity brought about by the unresolved killings in relation to the war on drugs.
