AKO BICOL Party List Representative and Deputy House Minority Leader Alfredo Garbin, Jr., in cooperation with Ms. Wen Velasco of Pilipinong may Puso Foundation, personally led the turn-over of food packs on Wednesday, December 28, at Brgy. Gabon, Polangui, Albay following Supertyphoon Nina’s landfall on Christmas day.
The relief packs will be distributed to vulnerable and indigent families as identified by the local officials to ensure effective and appropriate delivery of the humanitarian program aimed to augment people’s basic necessities.
These food packs were turned-over for further distribution to victims in far-flung communities. This is but another endeavor aimed to deliver essential survival assistance to people in desperate situations in the aftermath of a natural disaster.
