On the first day of the resumption of session in Congress, AKO Bicol Rep. Rodel Batocabe took part in the meeting of the House Committee on Metro Manila Development to discuss about the MRT 3 Common Station in North Edsa and the conversion of the Rizal Memorial Stadium as a shopping complex.
