AKO BICOL responds to plea for help

AKO BICOL Party List, through Rep. Alfredo Garbin, Jr., expressed its utmost sympathy to Nanay Araceli of Barangay Cabaloaon, Guinobatan, Albay, mother of the two victims drowned in the flood and died from injuries following the devastation of Typhoon Nina on Decemeber 25, 2016, and whose bodies were found lifeless after series of search and rescue operations.

In a message, Rep. Garbin said “I hope that undesirable conditions such as this will not dishearten and consume you, but will give you even more reasons to be strong and courageous in leading a content life amidst the challenges that come along with it.” “Ako Bicol Party List will exhaust all means to help you in providing a decent burial to your loved ones, and will continue to initiate efforts that will push for legislative reforms that will further strengthen our disaster management programs”, he added.

This is but only one of our many programs aimed to provide assistance to the people, especially those in desperate situations where help cannot be found from anywhere nor from anyone.
