AKO BICOL Party List Representative and Deputy House Minority Leader Alfredo Garbin, Jr., in cooperation with Pilipinong may Puso Foundation’s Ms. Wen Velasco, personally facilitated the distribution of food packs on Wednesday, December 28, to the evacuees in Brgy. Buraguis, Legazpi City.
The relief packs were distributed to the evacuees who were extremely-affected by Supertyphoon Nina on Christmas day, losing their homes and livelihood due to the extensive damage following the disaster.
‘Tabang sa Kalamidad’ has been Ako Bicol Party List’s flagship program all these years, reaching out to most vulnerable and marginalized sectors of the community, especially in times of natural disasters where everyone is basically in need of help and assistance.
