Rep. Rodel Batocabe of AKO BICOL Partylist delivered his inspirational message in front of various high school students in Bicol at UP Ibalon’s annual academic affair entitled Padunungan. He challenged the students to dream, work hard, and have faith in God to achieve their goals in life.
