AKO BICOL Party List Representative and Deputy House Minority Leader Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. joined the celebration of this year’s Christmas Outreach Program, sponsored by DZGB Station on Thursday, December 15, at the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation (ICR).
Rep. Garbin further graced the gathering by giving a short message emphasizing on the true essence of christmas- love and generosity. He also reminded everyone that celebrating the yuletide season is not about the material things that come as presents, but it is more of a celebration of the relationships built and memories made amongst each other through the years.
