AKO BICOL Party List (AKB), in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ROV, facilitated the closing ceremonies, and turn-over of toolkits to Ako Bicol Scholars under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) on Thursday, December 8 at the TESDA Hall, Masbate City. Competency programs include Food Processing NC I and Dressmaking NC I.
AKO BICOL Party List’s Masbate Provincial Coordinator Mark Anthony Cervantes joined the completion program by giving a message that emphasizes the importance of technical skills in immerging industries that require special skill competencies over academic degrees, thus, providing every Bicolano a choice and a chance to take the step towards a brighter future.
