Representatives Rodel Batocabe and Alfredo Garbin were present in the Committee on Energy meeting at De Venecia Hall, House of Representatives. Part of the agenda is briefing the committee on the state of the Philippine Energy Sector. AKO BICOL Party list filed HB 3593 that seeks to provide specific utilization of the Malampaya funds.
