The search is open to all Bicolano students aged 18-25 with good moral character, and primarily aims to give due recognition to 10 diligent, talented and dedicated youths that will serve as an inspiration for all Bicolanos in the region to strive harder in their endeavors, a form of solid investment in the young men and women that are sure to play a huge role in the future growth and development of the Bicol Region!
