It is yet another milestone in creating alternative livelihood opportunities for the said group.
In a message, Rep. Batocabe said “It is but important for us to get to know the people who work for the development of our agricultural industry, understanding their circumstances will ensure the relevance of the programs that we create and bring down to the grassroots”. “As an agricultural region, we have to continue creating avenues for learning and development that will further strengthen various groups, including those of the marginalized and vulnerable, in achieving their objectives in the areas of product development and quality management- both integral factors in the development of the agricultural industry in general”, he added.
AKO BICOL Party List shall continue to spearhead dialogues and consultations to create needs-based programs and offer problem-based solutions to identified agricultural challenges that are deterrent to regional development.
